SPONSORSHIP FOR THE CHILDREN

We care for our children through a  monthly Sponsorship programe.

We take Day pupils and Boarders from aged 6 to 25 from the surrounding villages and many from further away in all parts of Uganda. Many stay on to the age of 25 as they had not been given the opportunity to go to School and it is not unusaul to find an older pupil sitting amongst the Nursery class enjoying the chance to learn. There are many who need the security of a sponsor as so many children would miss out on their education because families can not afford to pay school fees. In Uganda, everyone has to pay to attend school and pay for Exam fees when they reach certain milestones in their education so sadly there are many with no education. Please consider helping a child to receive a good education to ensure a better future. 

All Sponsors will be given regular updates, photos and termly reports about your child. You will also receive our quarterly newsletter via email or post.

Sponsorship can be set up through the Office via a bank form or set up on line. Please contact the office for all details.

DAY SCHOOL PUPILS

Day School pupils come from the surrounding local villages and walk to School in all weathers.

The cost of Sponsorship is £20.00 per month. This covers the Teaching, 2 hot meals a day and free medical treatment.

School uniform, Shoes, School bag and School supplies are extra and can be purchased from our school shop on site. 

Once your child reaches to Primary 7, a £20.00 exam fee is needed.

Photos are taken and given to the Sponsor and you have the opportunity to send your child letters and photos or a small gift.

BOARDING PUPILS

Boarding pupils tend to come from further away but we also have ones from the surrounding villages who feel happier being at school all the time and helps them to take on extra study sessions around exam times.

The cost of Sponsorship for Boarders is £28.00 per month. This covers the Teaching, 3 hot meals a day, 7 days a week, free medical treatment and house mothers in the dormitory.

School uniform, Shoes, School bag and School supplies are extra and can be purchased from our school shop on site.

Boarders will also require all Boarding requiremnts, such as a mattress, sheets, blankets, washing basin, box to keep clothes, washing soap for clothes and bathing plus toiletries. The total cost of all the needs is £150.00 once the child is sponsored then each term, needs can be replenished by the sponsor.

Once you child reaches Senior 4 and Senior 6, a £50.00 exam fee is needed.
